MAC Address Formatter

Paste a MAC address in any style — colon, dash, Cisco dot, or none — and every format follows along.

How it works

Any colons, dashes, dots or spaces are stripped first, so you can paste a MAC in whatever style it was copied from. What remains must be exactly 12 hex digits. The Cisco-style format groups them as three blocks of four (aabb.ccdd.eeff) rather than six pairs, which is the convention Cisco IOS devices use.
